If your Monthly Take-Home Report is late, that month's fee is refunded.
Clean Books Guarantee
If your CPA finds a bookkeeping error I made, I fix it free and credit that month's fee.

Promises apply once I have account access and your answers to any questions by the 10th of each month. Full terms are in your engagement agreement.
Focused on purpose
I do one job and do it well. That's how the price stays flat.
What I handle
- Monthly bookkeeping in your QuickBooks Online
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Your Monthly Take-Home Report by the 15th
- Quarterly Profit Reviews, including your Found Money Review
- Recording payroll from Gusto or your payroll provider
- Year-end close, CPA Handoff and Lender-Ready Financials
What I don't do
- Tax preparation, planning or advice. That's your CPA. Don't have one? I can introduce you.
- Insurance billing, claims or payout reconciliation. That's your biller or your EHR's billing service.
- Running payroll. Gusto runs it; I record it correctly.
- Anything that needs your client records. I never need your charts, notes or EHR login.
Your clients' privacy comes first
I work only from your QuickBooks, bank and credit card data, never charts or session notes. Because bank deposits can sometimes include client names, every engagement includes a signed Business Associate Agreement, and client names never appear in your reports.
Who you'll be working with
Hi, I'm Mason.
I kept hearing the same thing from therapists: they love the work, but money is the part of the practice that keeps them up at night. Income that swings month to month, fees they can't track, and no clear sense of what they actually earn.
So I built my bookkeeping practice around one kind of business. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting and I'm a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. I work only with therapists and counselors, and I work alongside your CPA, never instead of them.
When you work with me, you work with me. No handoffs, no call center, no offshore team. I'm based in New Braunfels and work with practices across Texas.

Questions therapists ask me
Who is this for?
Full-time solo therapists and counselors who have been in practice for at least a year and want to know what their practice really earns. If you're part-time or just getting started, reach out anyway and I'll point you in the right direction.
How are you different from online bookkeeping services?
You work with one person, every month. Your books stay in your own QuickBooks, so you keep everything if you ever leave. You keep the CPA you already trust. And you get more than bookkeeping: a Monthly Take-Home Report, Quarterly Profit Reviews, a Rate Raise Kit and Lender-Ready Financials.
Do you only work with practices in New Braunfels?
No. I'm based in New Braunfels, but everything is done remotely, so I work with practices anywhere in Texas. Local? We can meet in person.
I use SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Headway or Alma. Does that work?
Yes. I record your income as it lands in your bank account. I don't split insurance or platform payouts by payer or by client; that stays with your EHR or biller.
Will you need access to my client records or EHR?
No. I work from QuickBooks, bank and credit card data only. Because deposits can sometimes show client names, we sign a Business Associate Agreement before I start, and client names never appear in your reports.
Do you do taxes?
No. I keep your books clean and hand your CPA a year-end packet by January 31. If you don't have a CPA, I can introduce you to one.
What is the Steady Paycheck Number?
It's your practice's average monthly profit over the last 6 months, before taxes, shown next to your slowest recent month. It shows what your practice reliably earns. Your CPA can tell you how much of it to set aside for taxes.
What are Lender-Ready Financials?
Clean, current financial statements for when you apply for a mortgage, car loan or office lease, up to twice a year. They're prepared from your records and unaudited; some lenders require statements prepared by a CPA, so check with yours.
What if I'm way behind?
Catch-Up & QuickBooks Setup covers up to 6 months of catch-up across up to 3 accounts. If you're further behind, I'll give you a flat quote after your free snapshot, before any work starts.
How much of my time will this take?
A 30-minute setup call, then about 10 minutes a month to answer one short email, plus a 30-minute Quarterly Profit Review.
Is there a long contract?
No. Billing is monthly in advance, with a 3-month starting term and then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. If you leave before the 3 months are up, the catch-up is billed at the standard $200 per month caught up.
